Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri on Wednesday underlined the importance of taking diplomacy beyond the national capital while highlighting India's decision to extend a special economic package to Mauritius during PM Ramgoolam's ongoing State visit.
Prime Minister of Mauritius, Navinchandra Ramgoolam met Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri here in Varanasi on Thursday during the leader's visit to India from September 9-16. He is scheduled to meet PM Modi later today.
