Governor of Tamil Nadu R N Ravi on Wednesday extended heartfelt condolences to the families of those who have lost their loved ones due to Cyclone Michaung.
India Meteorological Department Director General Dr Mrityunjay Mohapatra on Wednesday said that the cyclonic storm Michaung weakened and won't have any disastrous impact.
"The floodwaters in Chennai's suburbs are still inundated. Many people are working in the field to ensure that everyone gets basic necessities like food and milk. We are continuing our field work with the hope that the situation will improve soon!" MK Stalin posted on X.
