US President Joe Biden on Sunday (local time) said that the US "cannot and must not tolerate hate," hours after at least five people were killed and 18 injured in a mass shooting at an LGBTQ nightclub in Colorado.
A 22-year-old gunman entered an LGBTQ nightclub in Colorado Springs, Colorado and immediately opened fire, killing at least five people and injuring 18 others has been identified as Anderson Lee Aldrich, according to Colorado Springs Police Chief Adrian Vasquez.
As many as five people, including three Border Security Force (BSF) personnel, were held on Saturday for allegedly gang-raping a woman in Raisinghnagar town in Sri Ganganagar district of Rajasthan, said police.
"I was deeply saddened to hear the news that five people died in a sudden explosion today in a Firecrackers factory operating in the village near Tirumangalam in Madurai district," said CM Stalin.
"I express my deepest condolences to the bereaved family of five people who died in Vishnoi ki Dhani near village Peelwa in the Lohawat area of Jodhpur. I pray to God for the peace of the departed souls," Gehlot tweeted.
Initially, five people were arrested in connection with the October 23 car blast case case and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act was invoked against them. Today a sixth person Afsar Khan was arrested and Police said they are looking into a few more suspects.
