NCPCR Chairperson Priyank Kanoongo on Sunday expressed grief over the fire incident at the Hospital in the national capital's Vivek Vihar which claimed the lives of six newborn babies leaving several more injured.

After seven newborns were killed in a fire incident at a baby care centre in Delhi's Vivek Vihar, Atul Garg, Director of the Delhi Fire Department said that it is most likely that the authorities did not possess a No-Objection Certificate (NOC).
