A massive fire broke out at a tyre and recycling material storage godown in Ambala,Haryana on Monday, an official said, adding that no injuries or casualties were reported.
One person died and three were injured as a fire broke out in the Cuffe Parade area of Maharashtra's Mumbai on Monday, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said.
According to officials, the fire department received a call about the blaze at 1:22 pm. In response, 14 fire tenders, including a turntable ladder (TTL), were immediately dispatched to the location due to the high-rise nature of the building.
Devnagar SHO Somkaran said, "Information about the breakout of fire at a showroom was received at 9:30 PM, and fire tenders were deployed immediately. Nearly 8-10 fire tenders were deployed, and more are on the way. Efforts are underway to control the fire..."
