Table toppers FC Goa held Mumbai City FC to a goalless draw at the Fatorda Stadium on Tuesday as Petr Kratky secured a point for the visitors in his first-ever game coaching in the Indian Super League (ISL).
FC Goa will face Mumbai City FC in their next match at the Fatorda Stadium on December 12, whereas Kerala Blasters FC will travel to take on Punjab FC at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi on December 14.
Goa CM Pramod Sawant on Wednesday visited Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium (Fatorda Stadium) in Margao to review the final preparations ahead of the 37th National Games of India 2023 on Wednesday.
In their previous matches, the Gaurs showcased their mettle with a 1-0 victory over Punjab FC and a thrilling 3-2 comeback win against Odisha FC, both at the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Fatorda.
However, the official opening ceremony of the 37th National Games will take place on October 26 at Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Fatorda. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will officially inaugurate the games.
The Mohun Bagan Super Giant will next host Bengaluru FC on September 27 whereas Punjab FC will travel to Goa to take on the Gaurs at the Fatorda Stadium on October 2.
This visit will include his travel to the constituencies of Margaon, Navelim, and Fatorda, where he will actively engage with party leaders, legislators, workers, influencers and prominent citizens of Goa.
The Fatorda Stadium will witness a battle of two teams in the top six is as the third-placed Kerala Blasters look to claim their ninth win of the season.
