The family court of Delhi on Wednesday granted divorce to cricketer Shikhar Dhawan and his estranged wife and said the petitioner (Shikhar Dhawan) is entitled to decree of divorce on the ground of cruelty.
The new service aims to benefit the fostered children and includes all common aspects such as alimony, education, health, housing and vision preserving the child's dignity and rights.
The wife had filed a divorce petition before the Family Court alleging, her husband was involved in an illegitimate relationship with another woman and he has a daughter from the said illicit relationship.
