On Saturday evening, an explosion took place which was caused by the magnetic mine placed in a Toyota 'Hilux' vehicle, Khalid Zadran, Taliban's appointed spokesperson for the Kabul police Command.
"An explosion has occurred in one of the military centres affiliated to the Ministry of Defense," the deputy head of security for Isfahan Governorate Mohammad Reza Jan-Nesari told the semi-official Fars News Agency, according to CNN.
The police raided the hideouts of the shop owner Mohammad Faiz and said that he initially spread rumor about the blast that a water booster motor exploded and evaded the spot.
