Following the multiple exit polls projecting a clean sweep for the Congress in the state, party leader and former chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Saturday said that the main factor was the party's achievements from 2005-2014 and the failure of the BJP government from 2014-2024.
According to TV-Today C-voter projections, the NC-Congress alliance is likely to win 40-48 seats while the BJP can win 27-32. Former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti-led People's Democratic Party is likely to win 6-12 seats whereas others can win 6-11.
The People Pulse has predicted 46-50 seats for the NC-Congress alliance and 23-27 for the BJP. As per them, the PDP can win 7-11 whereas the others can win 4-6 seats.
As voting for the 2024 Assembly elections in Haryana concluded on Saturday, Congress is poised to make a clean sweep in the state, with some exit polls predicting the party will win around more than 50 seats.
The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed a PIL seeking an investigation against media houses and their associates/companies for telecasting the exit polls immediately after the conclusion of final phase of Lok Sabha elections.

In a letter to the Securities and Exchange of India Chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch dated June 11, the Trinamool parliamentarian registered his complaint with the regulator, what he termed "stock market manipulation".
