Giving details the police said that the incident happened in a hotel near the Old Cantonment area of Gwalior after a total of six people under the "influence of alcohol" started to create a ruckus and tried to drive the car over the minister's brother.
The incident occurred near a Dhaba at Atal Dwar under Purani Chhawani police station limits in the district on Friday night. The whole incident was captured in the CCTV camera installed at the spot. The Dhaba was operated by the minister's brother Satendra Singh Tomar.
