Gujarat Health Minister Rushikesh Patel said on Friday that 37 cases of Chandipura virus have been detected across the state and the state government has taken a lot of initiatives to control the disease.
"Since April 1 this year, 44 cases have got admitted. 25 cases are being treated. We have lost 10 cases and yesterday we lost 4 cases. rest of the cases are doing well and I believe that very soon we will be able to discharge those cases. Last year, we had 54 cases," Dr Abhijit Sarma said.
