Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar on Sunday said that the decision on the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise in West Bengal and other states will be taken collectively by the three Election Commissioners.
"Teesra koi vikalp nahi" said Kumar on CEC terming the allegations of bias by the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabhas as an "insult" to the Constitution of India.
