Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Durgesh Pathak launched an attack against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in the centre, accusing them of using raids to "scare" him and others in the party.
The case pertains to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and some of its office bearers for allegedly violating the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA), 2010, as amended in 2020.
AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh said that the raid conducted at the premises of his party leader, Durgesh Pathak, is a 'political vendetta' by the BJP.
"Due to the last Gujarat elections, the BJP central government had started arresting the leaders of Aam Aadmi Party. And now that Durgesh Pathak has got the responsibility of Gujarat, today the CBI has raided his house," Bharadwaj posted on X.
