Chief Minister of Meghalaya Conrad K Sangma in a post on X (formerly Twitter), informed about the seizure of drugs estimated to be worth over Rs 2 crore.
In a joint operation, BSF and Karimganj district police arrested two persons and seized one pistol and 143 grams of heroin from their possession in Assam's Karimganj district on Sunday night, police said on Monday.
