The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has postponed its Space Docking Experiment (SpaDex) mission which was scheduled for Thursday, after the satellites drifted more than expected during a manoeuvre, ISRO said in a statement on Wednesday.
ISRO has postponed the docking of the Spadex mission program to January 9, 2025, from the earlier scheduled date of January 7. The reason for the delay has not been disclosed.

He further said that docking remains mandatory for human missions as well, on occasions when there is a need to attach to an international space station.
