Foreign Minister Kuleba’s visit is the first ever Ministerial visit from Ukraine since the establishment of diplomatic ties between Pakistan and Ukraine in 1993.

Moscow assumes the presidency as part of its monthly rotation between the Security Council's 15 member states, with ties with the West at their lowest point since the Cold War over Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

"Spoke with @DmytroKuleba today as we enter the second year since Russia's full-scale invasion. I reiterated the commitment @POTUS made that U.S. support for Ukraine is enduring and will last as long as it takes," Blinken tweeted on Friday.
At least 14 people have been killed in a helicopter crash near a kindergarten in the Kyiv region of Ukraine, CNN reported citing officials. The emergency service earlier reported that the death toll was 18. Later it was revised down to 14.
During an interview with Associated Press, Kuleba said that Ukraine is seeking cooperation from the United Nations to hold the "peace summit" in February, which marks one year since Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
The Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba called for help during the ongoing meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Bucharest where he also stated that urgent help is required to restore its shattered power grid, Al Jazeera reported.
