The Supreme Court on Wednesday quashed its 2021 judgment that directed the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) to pay Reliance Infrastructure subsidiary, Delhi Airport Metro Express Private Limited (DAMEPL), an arbitral award running into a few thousand crores.
