Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) on Tuesday removed two employees, involved in unauthorized recharge and selling of Metro Smart Cards to people at discounted rates outside Metro premises, officials said.
To ease overcrowding on New Year's eve, exit from Rajiv Chowk metro station will not be allowed from 9 PM onwards, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) said in a statement.
DMRC has been operating feeder E-buses in East and North clusters since December 2019, from Shastri Park and Majlis Park depots. Now, these buses will be run by the transport department through Delhi Integrated Multi-Modal Transit System (DIMTS).
