Russian President Vladimir Putin will deliver his speech at the BRICS Summit via video conference, he will properly take part in the event, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told TASS.
The agreement, brokered by Turkey and the United Nations in July 2022, was officially set to expire at 5 pm on Monday (midnight local time in Istanbul, Kyiv, and Moscow).

The Chinese leader's state visit showed Moscow and Beijing united against the West, but failure to agree on the Siberia Power 2 pipeline suggested that economic ties have limits.
Both leaders did not discuss a Kyiv-proposed peace plan to end the war in Ukraine, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov. He said that Kyiv's proposal was a matter of Sino-Ukraine relations.
