Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Friday slammed the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Central government for the unprecedented suspension of MPs during the recently concluded Winter Session of Parliament, terming the action as the "biggest disrespect to the Indian democracy."
