Speaking to ANI, Shiv Sena MLA Sanjay Gaikwad said, "The CID report shows that there isn't a political angle in this case. The police do not have solid proof of murder or rape in this case. I request all political parties not to indulge in such dirty politics."

"I don't know his reasons and motivation for moving the court, but what he has done is right and if through this we can get a conclusion on whether it was a suicide or murder, and in this Sushant's case can also be known on what happened," KK Singh told ANI.

The Bombay High Court is scheduled to hear a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) on February 19, which is expected to delve into a more detailed investigation into the deaths of actor Sushant Singh Rajput and his former manager, Disha Salian.
The case pertains to the death of Disha Salian, the ex-manager of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who was found dead in 2020. Notably, Rane had claimed that Disha was murdered.
The Mumbai Police has sent notice to Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Nitesh Rane to appear before them on Friday in connection with the Disha Salian death case.
