The Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission has taken suo motu notice of a reported caste-based discrimination incident during the Tarn Taran Vikas Mela, where Assistant Labour Commissioner Jasvir Singh (Bhagta Jatana) was allegedly made to sit separately.
