The Uttarakhand State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) has rescued all the students who were trapped in the Kasturba Inter College in the Uttarkashi district due to heavy debris, said officials.
The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) continued search and rescue operations at the Raigad Irshalgad landslide-hit area on Saturday. So far, 22 dead bodies have been recovered from the site, according to officials.

As per District Magistrate Office Palghar, the district administration in Palghar, Maharashtra, gave 23 NDRF members instructions to be ready amid persistent downpours.
The Gangotri national highway was blocked on Thursday due to a landslide near Purana Thana, Dharasu Bandh, according to the District Disaster Management Officer.
A total of six National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) teams have been deployed in Gir Somnath, Kutch, Navsari, Valsad, Amreli and Rajkot districts of Gujarat in view of heavy rainfall, officials said on Wednesday.
"Moderate to heavy rainfall accompanied with thunderstorms very likely to occur at most places in the districts of Chamba, Kangra. There is the possibility of very heavy rainfall in isolated places," IMD said.
"Moderate to intense spells of rain very likely over the districts of Raigad, Thane, Mumbai, Palghar and Ratnagiri during the next 3-4 hours. Occasional strong winds are very likely," stated the IMD in its morning bulletin.
