Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar on Tuesday addressed the two-day Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Conference, India region and said that Parliament and legislatures have turned into "hotbeds of disturbance and disruption."
“Always keep your nation first, this is not optional, this is not imperative, this is the only way, all of us owe it to the nation, ” Jagdeep Dhankhar said as he delivered the convocation address at the 48th AIIMS, New Delhi Convocation.
