BJP MLA Ameet Satam on Friday denied reports of a dispute over seat sharing among the Shiv Sena and BJP, saying that there is no disagreement over this matter and the Mahayuti alliance will contest the BMC elections on all 227 seats.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Friday said Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray and his party have shown their true character by allying with groups involved in anti-national and harmful activities just to gain votes, warning that the public will respond strongly.
"Nothing will happen with their coming together. Nobody will join hands with them in Mumbai. Their track record is one of corruption and self-interest. Uddhav and Raj have no ideological positions. They indulge in the politics of opportunism," Fadnavis told reporters here.
