Hours after 21 coaches of the North East Express train derailed near Raghunathpur station in Buxar district of Bihar on Wednesday night, rescue efforts and work on restiration of the tracks continued overnight.

"Three teams of NDRF were rushed to at the spot last night once we received information of the incident. The NDRF teams launched the relief and rescue operation along with the local administration," Nityanand Rai said speaking to ANI on Thursday.
