The Delhi High Court on Friday rejected an appeal of Shahid Yousuf, son of Hizbul Chief Syed Sallauddin. However, his brother has been granted bail by the High Court. The brothers had challenged a trial court order denying them bail in a terror-funding case.
Shabir Ahmad Shah has been in judicial custody since 2019. He was arrested in June 2019 in a terror funding case lodged by the NIA in 2017 against other Kashmiri separatists.
