The Delhi High Court on Friday issued notice on the plea of Delhi police seeking to place on record the fact of the death of Shahzad Ahmed. He was convicted in the Batla House encounter case and his appeal was pending before the court.
Five accused have been arrested for forging the Govt IDs of 95 celebrities and eminent citizens to dupe banks of over Rs 90 lakh, said Delhi Police on Friday.

On Thursday, Swati Maliwal in a tweet said, "Notice has been issued to Uber India and Delhi Police over the unfortunate incident of molestation of a female journalist in an Uber Auto in Delhi. Information has also been sought about the steps taken by Uber for the safety of women."
A young lady in Delhi was duped 6 Lakh rupees by fraudsters who were posing as Mumbai Police officers. They said that a fake parcel was being in her name from FedEx Mumbai office. Lady transferred the 6lakh amount due to fear of accounts being blocked. Police has registered the FIR.
