Special judge M K Nagpal passed the direction while disposing of the application of Delhi police seeking production of Manish Sisodia through video conferencing for hearing.
An emergent meeting of DBA was called after the firing incident in Tis Hazari court on Wednesday. The Bar Council of Delhi has also suspended the licence of Manish Sharma. An FIR has also been registered by Delhi Police.
After the firing incident that occurred on the premises of the Tis Hazari Court in the National Capital earlier today, the Former Vice President of the Delhi Bar Association told the media that he did not fire any bullets and that he has the footage of those who opened fire.
Four people were injured, including an elderly man after a car met with an accident near All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, police said.
The incident took place on Tuesday night and no injuries were reported. Traffic police put up barricades around the site to prevent any inadvertent mishaps.
According to Delhi police, the passenger, identified as Ajay Kumar Bana, was set to travel from Delhi to Bengaluru on an Air India flight, was detained on Tuesday at the Delhi Airport in possession of 19 live cartridges.
"Two sharpshooters of the Kala Jathedi-Naresh Sethi-Anil Chippi gang have been arrested by Crime Branch. Six pistols alongwith 14 live cartridges were recovered by Crime Branch," Delhi Police said.
