The Enforcement Directorate summoned seventh-time Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to appear before the ED on Monday, February 26, according to sources.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has issued summons to Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader K Kavitha, asking her to appear for interrogation on February 26 in connection with a probe in the Delhi excise policy case.
Meanwhile, on February 2, Kejriwal skipped the ED's summons for the fifth time in connection with the money laundering probe related to irregularities in the Delhi excise policy 2021-22 case.
The agency opposed the regular bail plea of Sisodia and submitted that as the curative petition is pending before the Supreme Court, the accused can't move this bail application
