The National Security Guard (NSG), aided by a sniffer dog, investigated Khandawali village after police seized a red EcoSport (DL 10 CK 0458) suspected to be linked to Dr. Umar Un Nabi, the prime suspect in the Delhi blast case.
Jammu and Kashmir People's Democratic Party (JKPDP) chief Mehbooba Mufti on Wednesday urged the investigating agencies not to "harass" the parents of the arrested doctors linked to the Delhi blast and the explosives recovered in Faridabad.

The family of Shaheen and Pervez, who are reportedly under investigation in connection with a recent Delhi blast case, has come forward asserting their innocence.

"They (security forces) have picked up my husband, brother-in-law and mother-in-law. They asked us about the whereabouts of Umar. We said he is in Delhi. Then they took the three away for questioning. We last spoke to Umar last Friday," Muzamila, the sister-in-law, told reporters.
The Defence Minister expressed his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the blast that claimed eight lives and left several others injured.
