Twenty-one Israeli soldiers were killed on Monday when a blast ripped through a Gaza compound being prepared for demolition. The building collapsed on the soldiers, the Israel Defence Forces said on Tuesday morning.
The number includes civilians and soldiers, in Gaza border communities, areas near the Lebanese border, Israelis injured by rocket fire in central Israel, and military personnel fighting inside Gaza.
The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) on Sunday released footage of a tunnel in southern Gaza, where Hamas was allegedly holding around 20 hostages at different times, CNN reported.
He asserted in a post on X, "The refusal to accept the two-state solution for Israelis and Palestinians and the denial of the right to statehood for the Palestinian people are unacceptable."
The IDF (Israel Defence Forces) reported that forces of the Israel Navy continue to assist the IDF ground forces operating in the Gaza Strip in both observing and attacking targets of the different terrorist organisations there.
"It is a wonderful experience and we hope that it inspires and motivates the women of the country, the younger girls, to join the defence forces and be part of a bigger change in society," Lt Rohil said.
The facilities, located along the Salah al-Din Road, consist of weapons factories above and below ground, where rockets, weapons and ammunition were produced. The sites were connected by dozens of tunnel shafts.
