Kohli, who missed out on the first ODI due to a groin strain, smashed three boundaries against England in the second ODI before getting out by David Willey.
The match ended with a score of 2-1 with France winning the game. France was also able to maintain their first spot in Group D with the win as Matchday-2 came to end.
In the second ODI Kohli played a knock of 16 runs in 25 balls. Kohli had a disappointing run of form in the T20I series against England, as he could manage only 12 runs in his two innings.
