Shortly after a father and son were shot by at by a group of people over a parking dispute in the Yamuna Vihar area of Northeast Delhi, the police official on Friday informed that a case has been registered under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Delhi's Rohini Court has directed the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) to depute sufficient police staff in view of the security of witnesses as well as the general public for the hearing of Sagar Dhankar murder case.
"The minor was fond of playing games and his father was not ready to repair his phone as he would play games again," DCP Greater Noida Saad Miyan Khan said.
According to DCP (South) Chandan Chaudhary, secret information was received by the Narcotics Squad that a person involved in supplying of contraband substances would come near Raman Manjul DDA Park, Main Road in Greater Kailash.
The incident has been reported in Kekadiya village under Ratibad police station limits in the city. The accused has been identified as Hiralal Jamod (26), a resident of the same village.
"The accused have been identified as Anil, Lohit, Bharat and Kishore. They have been arrested for murder a 20-year-old for allegedly chatting with a girl," DCP North Division Devaraj told the media.
The accused have been identified as Sanjay Saulkar (52) and Vishal Pawar (38), residents of Mumbai. The accused used to do some business there but behind it they used to commit cyber crimes.
The incident was reported under Kamla Nagar police station limits in the city on Thursday. The accused were known to the minor girl and they lured her to join a party being organised in their locality.
