Following the arrest of Aam Aadmi Party MLA Naresh Balyan, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch Sanjay Kumar Sain on Sunday said that the investigation is underway to find out the connection between AAP leader and gangster Kapil Sangwan.
