With COVID-19 cases on the rise in the state, doctors and health workers have been instructed to wear masks. There is no reason for the public to panic, as the government has taken all necessary precautionary measures, said Dr. Sharan Prakash Patil.
"It has decided that wearing of face mask by the general public at all the public places, where there is a gathering of more than 100 people, government offices, malls, etc. is mandatory", reads the statement.
