Ahead of the 'Sankalp Satyagraha' by the Congress party at the Raj Ghat on Sunday, party leader KC Venugopal alleged that they have been refused permission to hold the protest march.
"It is clear what kind of a Satyagraha they (Congress) are doing. The killer of Sikhs (Jagdish Tytler) has joined this Satyagraha. Congress cannot stay without Tytler. He is invited by the party to every event," BJP leader RP Singh told ANI.

The protesting MPs were detained and taken away to nearby police stations in a bus as police said they didn't have permission for the march and as Section 144 of CrPC had been imposed in the area and not agitation is allowed on Vijay Chowk.
