Congress Lok Sabha MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury wrote to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla pertaining to the matter where a portion of Congress MP Rahul Gandhi's speech in the lower house was expunged "making the whole speech unintelligible".
Congress MP Manish Tewari on Thursday wrote to Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari, seeking the completion of Banga-Sri Anandpur Sahib Road to a National Highway project.
"The PM never faces the media because he doesn't want to listen to uncomfortable questions. Rahul Gandhi's questions were uncomfortable. PM does not have any answer at his disposal to refute every charge by Rahul Gandhi," Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury told ANI.
Speaking to reporers, senior Congress MP Shashi Tharoor said, "PM gave a good speech but he didn't answer any of the questions that were asked by the Opposition."
