West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee condemned the Pahalgam terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir and demanded strong action against the perpetrators.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) and District Development Commissioner (DDC) of Doda district, Harvinder Singh, on Wednesday condemned the Pahalgam terror attack, labeling it as an orchestrated effort by those looking to destabilise society and divide people along religious lines.
"The situation in Jammu and Kashmir is very tense. It is a very sad day for the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Innocent people have been murdered. This is genocide, target killing. People are being killed in the name of religion, and murderers are roaming free there," Amritpal Singh told ANI.
