Delhi Chief Minister's aide Bibhav Kumar has lodged a complaint against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Swati Maliwal for "illegal" entry into and creating a security breach by trespassing at the CM's residence, the police said on Friday.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday filed a supplementary chargesheet (prosecution complaint) against naming Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) as accused in connection with a money laundering case related to the Excise Policy case.
Delhi's Tis Hazari court on Friday recorded the statement of AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal. An FIR has been lodged against Bibhav Kumar and other persons on her complaint.
An FIR was registered on Thursday in connection with the assault on Maliwal after she filed a complaint with the Delhi Police against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's aide, Bibhav Kumar for being assaulted at the Chief Minister's House. Kumar has been named in the FIR.
All CCTV footages related to the incident will be scrutinized by the police, they added. There are eight CCTV cameras installed outside Kejriwal's house.
