The Northern Railways informed that 14 trains are affected so far in the northern zone due to the dense fog prevailing over the national capital on Tuesday.
The Safdarjung and Palam recorded a minimum temperature of 4.6 degrees and 6.0 degrees Celsius respectively, according to India Meteorological Department on Tuesday.
