The coordinator of the Joint Action Council of Tamil Nadu Teachers Organization and Government Employees Organisation (Jactto-GEO) on Sunday said that Chief Minister MK Stalin had "deceived" and "betrayed trust" of the people of the state by not fulfilling promises.
