As per the IMD forecast, Srinagar city is expected to record a maximum temperature of 11 degrees Celsius and a minimum of minus 5 degrees Celsius on Sunday. In Jammu city, the maximum temperature is likely to be around 20 degrees Celsius, while the minimum is expected to settle at 5 degre
According to the IMD, the city recorded a minimum temperature of -2.0 degrees Celsius and is expected to witness a "mainly clear sky becoming partly cloudy towards the afternoon or evening."
As per the weather update shared by the IMD, rainfall is also expected in several North Indian states including Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan. However, the temperature will remain normal and there are predictions of a cold wave.
Earlier, there were predictions of drizzling in the southern parts of Ahmedabad, however, the latest statement of IMD said that the sky will be clear and no possibility of rain in the next 48 hours.
