Union Home Minister Amit Shah's visit to Bihar's Sasaram was called off due to section 144 imposed in the area due to clashes between two groups after the Ram Navami celebrations on March 31, state Bharatiya Janata Party chief Samrat Chaudhary said on Saturday.
