BJP leader and former Jammu and Kashmir deputy chief minister, Kavinder Gupta, on Monday claimned a conspiracy against India in the wake of a firing incident and an IED blast in Rajouri district which left at least five civilians dead and 11 injured.

Without providing more details, the official added that an investigation had been initiated into the incident. The Tolonews reported that the blast occurred next to a private health center named Qataghan hospital.
There was critical damage to infrastructure facilities. The Mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko said on Telegram that technicians were working to stabilize the heat and power supply of the area impacted by the attack.
Several civilians and security personnel on both sides have been killed and injured in the recent armed clashes that erupted on December 11 and December 15 at the Chaman-Spin Boldak border crossing.
