Taiwan recorded heightened Chinese military activity around its territory on Tuesday, with 7 sorties of PLA aircraft and 9 PLAN vessels detected, as reported by Taiwan's Ministry of National Defence (MND).
The MND wrote on X, "5 sorties of PLA aircraft and 9 PLAN vessels operating around Taiwan were detected up until 6 a.m. (UTC+8) today. 3 out of 5 sorties crossed the median line and entered Taiwan's southwestern and southeastern ADIZ. We have monitored the situation and responded accordingly
