Taiwan detects six Chinese military aircraft and four naval vessels around the island country between 6 a.m. on Sunday (Jan. 14) and 6 a.m. on Monday (Jan. 15), Taiwan News reported citing the Ministry of National Defence.
Issuing a notice Thursday morning, the Nepal Airlines Corporation called on the bidders on the basis of "As is Where is Basis" to sell it's two MA-60 and three Y-12 E aircraft.
Till 6 am on Saturday, Taiwan's Ministry of National Defence (MND) monitored nine Chinese military planes and 10 naval vessels in the vicinity of Taiwan.
Around 7 billion Nepali Rupees were used to buy six Chinese planes, which financially burdened the corporation. These planes were purchased for serving the people of the hilly and Himalayan regions. However, they became useless within three years.

In the official release, Taiwan's Defence Ministry said, "91 PLA aircraft and 12 PLAN vessels around Taiwan were detected by 6 a.m.(UTC+8) today. 54 of the detected aircraft had crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait and entered Taiwan's southwest and southeast ADIZ."
In a retaliatory move, Taiwan sent combat aircraft to warn away ten Chinese aircraft, which crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait, normally an unofficial barrier between the two sides, Al Jazeera reported.
