BJP on Thursday released its first list of 21 candidates in Chhattisgarh and 39 candidates in Madhya Pradesh, both states are going to polls later this year.
Congress leader Sushil Anand Shukla on Friday came down heavily on BJP leader Vijay Baghel over his allegations against state CM Bhupesh Baghel and said that in front of Baghel's stature, Vijay Baghel's stature is like a dwarf.

The party has released the list of 21 candidates for the 90-member Chhattisgarh Assembly, which includes the name of five women including Laxmi Rajwade, Shakuntala Singh Porthe, Sarla Kosaria, Alka Chandrakar, and Geeta Ghasi Sahu.
Stepping up its electoral effort, BJP’s Central Election Committee (CEC) on Wednesday discussed preparations in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh, sources said.
