Chennai (Tamil Nadu) [India], July 20 (ANI): Indian Super League club Chennaiyin FC have roped in German midfielder Julius Duker to wrap up their foreign roster for the upcoming season.
A product of FSV Frankurt's youth academy, Sliskovic made his professional debut at the age of 19 in the Bundesliga with FSV Mainz and played for the club for five seasons, until 2015.
The German who was appointed as the club's new head coach on June 15 wants to provide Indian fans with a glimpse of German football and has vouched to play an attacking brand of football which would make the Chennaiyin FC fans proud.
Diagne's most recent stint was with Albanian outfit KF Vllaznia where he played under Chennaiyin's new boss Thomas Brdaric. He won the Albanian cup in 2021-22.
Aakash Sangwan is fourth defender signed by Chennaiyin this summer, promising West Bengal youngster Sajal Bag, becomes the seventh midfielder to join the club.
