A Delhi Court on Friday took cognizance of the charge sheet against Gangster Deepak Pahal alias Boxer in a case registered under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA).
Lawrence Bishnoi was arrested by the Delhi crime branch on May 31 in this case. The case was initially lodged at the Sunlight Colony police station. Later on, the case was transferred to the Delhi police crime branch.
The three are Harwinder Singh Sandhu alias Rinda of BKI, Arshdeep Singh alias Arsh Dala of KTF and Lakhbir Singh Sandhu alias Landa of BKI, (all based abroad), for creating their own networks of operatives to carry out terror activities in India.
The Chief Minister said that the charge sheet will be presented within a week and the case will be tried in the fast track court by appointing a special public prosecutor.
